The Director of Strategy in the Malawi Congress Party- MCP Kenneth Zikhale Ng’oma has urged the citizenry to exercise patience as the Chakwera led government is working hard to fix the country.

Ng’oma was speaking at Chamama in Kasungu district where MCP led by a Member of Parliament for Kasungu North East Constituency Madalitso Kambauwa wilima held a rally on Sunday.

Ng’oma who was the guest of honour at the rally told the gathering that Chakwera has managed to offer attractive tobacco prices to farmers, a development which the previous government failed to manage it.

According to Ng’oma there are several developmental projects which the Chakwera government is implementing including the re-construction of the M1 road.

Ng’oma further said that the government is working hard to ensure that the country has enough food.

The strategist has since expressed optimism that Chakwera will win the coming elections with over 70%,thereby urging people to register in large number for them to vote for Chakwera.

“We have a great task in order to turn around the hunger situation as the government is working to fight hunger by ensuring that fertilizer is delivered to farmers in good time.

I have personally conducted a survey and am impressed because of the love the people have for Chakwera which gives a clear picture that Chakwera will win with more than 70%,” said Ng’oma.

Meanwhile, Member of Parliament for Kasungu North East Constituency Madalitso Kambauwa wilima has urged people in her constituency to continue ralying behind MCP.

She has since pledged to continue providing development in her constituency regardless of the demacation of the constituency.
