President Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera’s development projects continue to attract admiration from his supporters and critics-alike.

In a rare and strange move, Joshua Chisa Mbele- one of President Chakwera’s ardent critics has heaped praises on how President Chakwera is actualizing his road network blueprint in the capital city of Lilongwe.

Writing on his Facebook page, Mbele said although he doesn’t support President Chakwera politically,still, the President’s development agenda is a marvel and deserves credit.

He said:”Munthu saipa zonse.Hate him or love him President Chakwera will go down in history as the man who reorganised Lilongwe road networks”

He continued by writing:”Reconstruction of roads.Opening up the roads so that network can flow.Dual roads, bypasses or flying-sausers are under construction.Wherever you go there is a road construction”

Indeed, Lilongwe is shaping up into a Capital Malawians can be proud of and these rare praises from the men who often vomit vitriol on the current government is a testament of a milestone President has remarkably achieved amid a plethora of external shocks that have affected the country’s economy.
